The 20th running of Brisbane’s iconic Bridge to Brisbane is just over 2 months away and training programs should now be in full swing.

Yours truly has been mixing it up with some tempo runs as well as some higher yielding intensity training to try and make gains. Niggling calves and dodgy knees aside, the event promises to be another great day with all new courses including the Story Bridge and finishing at Southbank.

As a Seven Hills Family Doctors’ representative I am always happy to discuss training programs, rehab and health in this area and feel free to ask if you’re keen to hit the streets this winter running season.
